BRP expiration, working until very last day?

BRP expiration, working until very last day?

Hello everyone. This is a question about my wife's skilled worker visa. Her BRP expires on 14.07.2024. Her contract at work ends on 28.08.2024 (the employer SUCKS and messed up everything). Does that mean that she needs to work until 14.07.2024 and same day leave the country etc?

Yes, if she is not going to apply to extend her visa.
