does anyone know a good solicitor/Lawyer?

Post by DextersLab » Sun Jan 25, 2009 8:55 pm

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows a good solicitor (i mean the one who won some cases for PSW already), if yes please send me his/her details that I should contact him for my case.
Or give me suggestion where to find these solicitors? I have no idea about them please help.

if you are one of the elites at CCL or BITE or whatever, I think you need a barrister instead of a solicitor

tell you the whole story first

The problem is I have a drop of 40£ in bank statement for 10 days, while i was not in the UK. I had to leave in emergency I withdrawn my previous Application to get the passport.
Now when i came back i sent application again with the 4 months 800£ bank statement but obviosuly a drop of 40£ for 10days at the end.

I have got a job, and I ddint sent my job offer letter to HO in this recent applciaiton nor in the previous.
I am not sure what will happen but i am preparing myself for next step if incase something wrong happens.
I will make an appeal if something wrong happened that I maintaned fund for 4 months but in emergency i left the country and this 40£ drop took place at the end, and also i have a job and i can afford my self without asking the state benfits.

oh, it seems like you are not one of the CCL and BITE elites

if your case, dotn need to be so worried, just prepare for legal action in case of refusal

rurururururururururu

To the extent that the Judge is independent from the HO or whoever, if you can get their sympathy by reasonably and logically describing your extenuating circumstances then you will be fine

if you case, a solicitor is sufficient, but i suggest you to spend at least 800

rururururururururururu

I have no idea about "good" solicitors specializing in this matter

but just do some research yorself and remember to visit them and talk 2 them if you found suitable ones

you can always judge how good the solicitors are when you talk 2 them

ruruuururururururururururururu

but 500 is cerntaily not enough

remember to be very frank to your solicitors

you must tell them every single bit information (including something that is very negative) that is relevant in your case

solicitor is your comrade just be very very frank ev

Yo pig! In a capitalist country, you can be free even by killing a person provided you have sufficient cash for a good lawyer...

to be more specific, CCL and BITE elites need barristers instead of solicitors....

Lawyer Recommendation

Post by A » Mon Jan 26, 2009 1:18 pm

I can recommend someone who I had a consultation with re my PSW case, who I found to be very good and reasonably priced, compared with other lawyers/solicitors who I spoke with re my case.

David Robinson of R Legal Solicitors, based in London on Regent St - google it!

Otherwise, have you looked into free legal aid?

Or have you called the phone numbers which came with your rejection decision? They give advice on solicitors. I discovered that it is possible to get free representation at your borough's local community law centre, depending on your financial situation. It is worth looking into because even if you don't end up using a particular solicitor, it is certainly worth at least speaking to them because an initial consultation generally costs nothing and you can still gain knowledge and advice from this. I personally met up with about 5 different solicitors before I took one on.

All the best,
A.

Forget everything and just look at my signature...

I worked with Gok Immigration service during my visa preperation. The service was awesome, Mr Deniz Gok helped to me and my family about preperation. I suggest everyone Gok Immigration Service.
