It's just a rubber stamp, not a visa, so airlines won't let people back in Ireland based solely on the stamp.

The stamp will be chopped in the passport so the ground staff can read it.
They can read it, but it's a rubber stamp, not a visa, so airline staff will not have any instructions to let you on the airplane (as they have no idea/confirmation whether this is legit) -> they will be on the safe side and won't.
