Renting a property on Skilled worker visa

I am on a Skilled Worker visa and have rented a property through a letting agency. This property is under both my name and my wife's name, so we are going to declare this rental income as joint income. Will this impact my ILR application?

Am I allowed to receive rental income while on a Skilled Worker visa?

Anyone recently had this situation?

SW visa restrictions are only meant to the kind of work and no. of hours. It does not put a restriction on what you can buy/sell, eat, recreation, etc.

If you get any extra income you need to file taxes.
