Urgent help needed on raising skilled worker dependent request

Hi Everyone,

I have one more urgent query, I have to submit skilled worker dependent request immediately.
i was checking visa fee for skilled worker dependent visa if main applicant is under
Skilled Worker - shortage occupation where a certificate of sponsorship has been issued for 3 years(issued on 2021) and main applicant got 20 % discount in visa application fee. Now I want to make dependent visa and my doubt is that in the dependent visa form it is asking about ISL not about SOL anymore and I don’t see any 2136 SOL in ISL. So while paying fee how i will get that 20% discount if i select no to 'ISL' or do I have to select yes to ‘ISL’ and submit the application.

Any inputs are really appreciated.
