ILR application - time spent outside question

Dear all,

My partner applies for ILR on the T2 General Dependant route (Set(O)).
She applies based on 5-year route residency. She's been in the UK for over 8 years (T2D was extended twice).

Questions:
- "When did you first enter the UK?" - should it be the first date she entered the UK on the first T2D visa?
- "Details of your time spent outside the UK and Crown Dependencies" - do we need to list all absences since the first entry, or only absences in the last five years, as it's 5-year route?

Could someone help with these questions?

just answer them for the last 5 years.

I answered them without mentioning my previous stay (I first arrived the UK with Tier 4 10 years ago)
