Change of passport and citizenship

My partner has a pending citizenship application (EU) that may happen anytime during our visa application.

Here are my concerns:
1. Will there be a problem if there are changes to passport details and citizenship? Like skills assessment and english test report would show previous citizenship?


2. If ever the visa has been granted at the same time he gets a new passport and citizenship, can it still be updated?


3.We are currently living-in together (de facto) but we will have our wedding next year, should that be something to be updated to the application?

I have been searching those questions but I haven't seen exact scenario in FAQs.
