Is it serious case?

Post by hamid84 » Wed Jan 28, 2009 2:51 pm

My wife recently applies for student visa extension.

Today we have received all the papers back saying, INVALID DOCUMENTS..

Our mistake that we sent her old photos and that's what has caused the problem so they have allowed her 28 days to submit app with recent photos.

Is it bad impression or would it all go through?

How did they know the photos were old if the app was by post?

They probably submitted the photos they used last time.
They do keep a record of it, so don't be silly.

It was the same photo which is on her passport that expires in 6 months.

Anyways, would it be ok now to submit the fresh app with new photo?

Would i need some covering letter to explain or clarify things?

If they're giving her 28 days to resubmit with up to date photo's then what's the problem?
