Please I need your assistant with my wife and my children application

1) I have indefinite leave to remain and I want to bring my family to uk..

2) I married my wife in early 2022 and she had now a 8yrs old son before we met and had my daughter late 2022,and I want to bring 3 of them to live with me..My question is do I need to adopt my step son before I can bring him with my wife and my daughter

3) can I apply fee waiver as the application and ihs is on high side

4) Do I need to rent 3 bedroom before the application as I live in shared house at the moment

Thanks for your response and the father of my step pass on couple of years ago but not in the son life even when is still alive and his family not doing anything either

Yes, English A 1 test from a UKVI approved test provider is mandatory.

Or if she has a foreign degree, she needs to have it assessed by ECCTIS.

Both options cost the same.
