UK Visas and VAT

Does someone know if the visa fee charged by UKBA are subject to VAT. If they do include VAT then UKBA haven't revised the fee to include the new VAT rate.

The fee schedule of workpermit.com, the sponsors of this forum, specifically mentions the government fees "£xxx No VAT".

So don't waste your time asking for a refund.
