Spouse Visa Extension - Applying Date

Hi Everyone,

My wife visa vaild from 04-03-22 and expiring 11-12-24
she entered the uk 28-05-22

since i will be applying for extention soon when is the earlest i can apply ? is it no later then 28days which 11-11-24 ?

or can i apply any earlier then that ?
