EVisa vignette sticker

Hi guys wanted to ask does my dad need to apply for EVisa as my dad has a indefinite leave to remain vignette sticker in his passport.

I believe your dad needs to do a NTL (no time limit) application ASAP, get a BRP, and with that apply for eVisa. Strongly advise to refrain from travel in the near future
