Passport from India

Hi,

Recently i included my spouse name in my passort, They issued me a new booklet with new passport number and sent my old passport also by Govt of india.
Offcourse from now onwards i need to use my new passport number only. But i have one doubt here When i submit my passport for HSMP i need to submit both old and new passports ?

Please let me know if any one have idea about this.
