Hi

I did my MSc Finance from Imperial college London and then came back to India as my visa expired 31.1.09.Then I enrolled myself at LCA for ACCA level 1 and gt Student visa from India till 31.4.2010,now i am going back to UK next week and jus wanted to know if i get a job offer in UK while studying can I apply for PSW visa anytime on the basis of my MSc from Imperial college london,I have more than 1400 GBP more than 5 months in my UK bank Accounts.

your MSc must still be valid at least 12 months if you are intending to apply for the PSW.
