wants to visit spain, non EU holding cyprus student visa

my question is i am student in cyprus and i have student visa of cyprus can i visit other EU member(eg france,spain,germany,austria) state with cyprus student visa.

Cyprus is not in Schengen yet. You will have to apply for a Schengen visa to the country you want to visit.
