If u made application under EU1 and 6 months have been passed and still no answer than write a letter to EU treaty department and explain your situation and also call on the famous number.
and if ur temporary stamp 4 is due to expire than contact Local garda station of INIS for extension.
secondly ur question is incomplete, make it more clear if u need some help. on this site there are many experienced people who can help.

Hi murilloinf,

I was just about to ask the same here.
My wife applied last November and we haven't heard anything yet.
I need to send them a letter and ask for a update.
But first I might email them, the email address is eutreatyrights@justice.ie.

Already someone was succesfull in getting an update via email.
More details here:

Sorry, I just posted a similar thread without realizing this was already going.

My wife's 6 month wait has now expired (May 5) without word from justice. I assume it will be coming soon but have heard a few horror stories.

Hi murilloinf,

Only sending them a registered letter with a reminder worked for us!

I sent an email to them Friday, they responded within 5 hours and the approval letter arrived today.

They seem to be doing (exactly and illegally) this on a regular basis.

I have a feeling that this is supposed to suggest to EU family-members: Look, you think you have rights, but we can ignore them as we please.

How is Ireland going lately? From what I gather in the news they should be happy if anyone is still coming?
