Tier 1 visa - Monthly salary calculation - help !

Hi,

I'm due to apply for my Tier 1 visa and please anyone clarify my doubt regarding monthly salary calculation.

1. I was paid monthly from my previous employer . My current employer is paying me weekly.

2. My last 12 months salary will comprise of 2 months from my previous employer and 10 months from my current employer.

3. How will I calculate the monthly salary of my current employer who is paying me weekly ?

4. 4 weeks does not constitute 1 month as it covers only 28 days. Also sometimes the 4th week overlaps with the next month.

Please help me, I'm confused.
