University not listed in NARIC

Hi,

Can someone help me on how to mange the Tier 1 application, if my University is not listed in UK NARIC.? Also Can I regster myself as a company and start my own freelance business, if, I am on Tier 1 General Visa?

You will have to write test for meeting English Eligibility too.
