When to enter UK after got Tier-1 Visa

Hi,

I have found some discussions on the topic "When to go to UK once we got Tier-1 Visa".
Some are saying that one should leave after 28 days of getting visa and somebody saying that if we don't enter UK within 3 months we need to explain the reason for them. And also heard that we can enter anytime within in initial 3 years of time.

Seniors, please provide us exact information. Actally I am planning to apply in next month. As the market in UK also very bad now, new applicants like me has to consider all such things before applying. Please provide valuable information.

Any day till your visa has validity.

you need to enter within validity period of your visa.
