I have got my Tier 1 on 5th Feb 2009, Am I eligible to work in Dublin (Ireland) or not?

nopes Jedi

Dublin is in Ireland so you need to have their work visa to work there.

but i believe you can work in North Ireland part and Scotland which still comes under UK.

Someone please confirm.

You cannot work in Dublin with tier 1

UK constitues of Wales, Scotland, England and Northern Ireland.

If you are working for a UK based client and are only on a dublin site for 120 days of 1 year would you then be able to work? All of the billings would be UK based and TAX and NI contributions would be paid.
