naturalisation concerns, baby's passport application

I am due for citizenship naturalisation in July 2009 (4 years HSMP + 1 ILR), however, I applied the british passport for my baby 09/2008 when she was not in UK. She was registered as British Citizen after I got ILR, then I sent her back to my home country. I did not know that I should apply for her British passport in my home country. Will this affect my naturalisation? They will think I was cheating??
