Dependent visa -December 2008 applicant

hi,

I am in uk on Tier I visa. My husband had applied for dependant visa in August. Got rejected due to insufficient marriage proof, had submitted marriage certificate but no photos. Applied on 06 December with photos, still not recieved application. Can anybody help please.
