Appeal visa rejection

Post by sanjiv » Wed Feb 25, 2009 6:11 am

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help? My brother-in-law applied for a student visa which was refused just recently in Feb 08. It was refused due to lack of Financial evidence, mt brother-in-law did not submit all te bank statements I supplied to him. If I appeal this & send my bank statements do Ihave a god chance of getting decision overturned. Also on my bank statement shows £19,000 coming in as a lump sum, I took out a loan for this amount. Should I explain that I took out a loan in order to support my brother -in-law's appeal, as I'm worried that they will reject the appeal due to my the £19,000 coming in as a lump sum. Please help me with this matter. Thank you
