Apply for Entry Clearance issue

Dear Fellows,

I have applied under old HSMP rules but i got HSMP approval letter after the implementation of new rules. Now i want to apply for Entry clearance.

Question is :-

Now i will apply under old rules or new ( Tier1 General) rules for Entry Clearance ?
