Hi,

I'm in work permit currently.
I want to change my employer under the same designation

What is the procedure?

Please help me

AFAIK, your new employer will need to have a sponsor's licence from the home office and then apply for a Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship provided you meet the points requirements of this visa. The role may need to be advertised as well.
