Lost National Insurance Number Urgent

Hi,

Currently I am working in USA and would like to apply for Tier 1 visa. I studied in UK from 2004-2006. I have to fill the form for Tier 1 visa which asks for NI number. I had it before but i lost it now. Any suggestions what should i fill there?

If you already had a National Insurance Number, perhaps you could contact Job Centre Plus or the Department of Work and Pensions and see if they would send you the number again?
