My appeal was allowed on 28/01/09. I received HO letter on 20/02 requesting for passport+two Photographs. I sent my passport on 24/02 with returning first class envelope. I am still waiting for passport.

If anyone who has experienced similar situation/or still experiencing it , then plz do share. Sharing make people feel comfortable and relax.

hi rahil,

as you know, my appeal was allowed on 14/02. since then, no info from HO.
what is the time period for HO to challenge the AIT decision?

It should say on your letter.
