In our employer reference letters, do our employers need to leave their telephone numbers? so references can be verified. My employers do not know much english, I asked him to leave a contact e-mail, i dont know if this is all right.

Does anyone know more about this? How do caseworkers verified the references and other documents?

Its supposed to be written on the company's letterhead and these normally have the contact details of the employer
