problem printing vaf9 form

I know this is kind of silly question. but, does anyone have a problem printing this form.

I tried to print a filled-in ( by computer) form and an empty form..in both cases ..
at every place the form says DDMMYYYY... it prints those letters in BOLD that my numbers are overwritten by these letters ...

even on an empty one these letters are printed ..
i dont have room to write the numbers by hand..

i have acrobat 8 ..

dont know wht to do ..

Try to get print outs on a bond paper and with a laser printer. Even I faced this issue when i applied for visa. i got the right prints after trying to get prints from 3 shops !! Even if u r unsuccessful in getting that, dont worry. You can write the dates above those boxes. (I checked this with VFS then )
