Hi

I'm planning to apply Tier 1 and i'm graducation stundent

I heared that Tier 1 going to change 1st April 2009 and since 2 month i'm maintaing funds in bank a/c.

Before change rules can i apply for approval other wise i'm not eligable for Tier 1 afrer 1st April 2009

You will definitely need 3 months of maintenance funds and I don't think that the Home Office will make an exception. Have you not got another account to use so that the combined funds total over the required amount for the three month period?

You can also use your offshore account for maintenance funds
