New student rules announced - with funds needed

The new Tier 4 rules are now clear but still there is confusion about the funds.

We need £1600 for two months if we are extending our student visa. But about the course fees, do we must have to show all this amount (course fees + maintenance) in our own/joint account OR the sponsor's (parent's & relative's) bank balance would also help??

Pls make it clear if you know more about this.

But you need to have amount in your account or you can have joint account with your parents or sponsor.

How much maintenance fund we need to show for each dependent according to new tier-4 rules??
