HSMP visa early extension request ?

HSMP visa early extension request ?

Hi, everyone.

Definitely found quite a lot information here, my HSMP visa will be expired at Nov 2009, considering Tier 1 policy change and I only have bachelor degree, should I rise Tier 1 extension now(are apply new Tire 1 before April)? Is it allowed by UK government for early visa extension request ?

Thanks in advance and any guide would be apperciated.

The answer is in a number of other posts on this message board, but you need not panic. The guidance at present is that exiting HSMP/Tier1 holders will not be affected by the ruling when it comes to renewal.
