HI All

I am getting married in May.so need advice as i have to file dependent visa in May , but i am facing one problem as my Lease for the current house is expiring on 30th April , and i cannot extend it as i am moving to

Delay the spouse application until you have new accommodation?

Move in with a friend before you travel, change your relevant documents to that address promptly and when you return from your wedding your new bank statements etc. should be ready. You don't need to change all your doumentation as this is just temporary accomodation, just the ones you need.
Even if you were going on a cycle ride around the world, you would still be entitled to a fixed UK home address. You would set up a Royal Mail redirection service when moving house. The redirection address would be your new address.
Or as UKBAbble says you can delay the application till you are settled.
