EEA2 URGENT ADVICE Request!!

i am applying for EEA2 but my wife is still on Job Seekers allowance since November, she still doesnt have a stable Job, does anyone knows if this affects my application in any way, or what else can be done.

what i know, by law you can apply, but i think better if you wait untill she've found a job! to avoid any delay

I think you can apply now - the application process is going to take around 9 months anyway. Hopefully one of you will have a job by then, because the status of jobs-seeker may be time limited, depending on the circumstances.
