How could I find my case worker

How could I find my case worker

Hi all,
I have received my refusal letter,I want to talk to my caseworker.There was a name mentioned in my refusal letter at the end but not sure that she is my caseworker.if somebody knows how can I communicate,pl. let me know

Phone and ask for the person who signed the letter that should be the caseworker. Make sure you have a Plan for addressing the reasons for refusal...
