Simple Question on qualification.

I have a Bachlors degree (Engineering) from a univ. in india.
Am i still eligible for tier1 visa with the new changes?

Under "NEW" ruels, Bachelors Degree is NOT at all conmsidered.

You are eligible at this point in time, but noat after the end of March.
