Can Tier 1 candiates apply for ILR personally?

Can Tier 1 candiates apply for ILR personally?

From the SET(O) document, it is not clear where I can apply personally or only by post.

I am currently Tier 1 General migrant and will soon complete 5 years combined as WP holder + Tier 1.

Better to post it on the correct forum. As far as I know, you can personally apply in person. Have few HSMP friends who got ILR recently and they applied in person.

As per the form SET O, tier 1/Tier 2 applicants cannot apply for ILR in person.

I am thinking (i can be wrong) since these are new immigration categories, so it will take time for UKBA to make these eligible for ILR at PEO.

You can't apply in PEO at the moment. Wait for the new SET(O) form and guidance next month. It may have some update for Tier 1 holders.

As per the new form, still Tier1-ilr is not possible in person. only postal application!!

Can HSMPS apply in person?
I can see on the SET(O) form that tier 1 cant apply in person
