Naturalisation as a full-time student following Tier1 ILR

I hold ILR having completed 5 years on WP, HSMP and Tier1.
I am planning to stop working in September 2009 in order to undertake one year full-time MA.
Thus, I will be applying for British Nationality in March 2010 as a student.

Is it allowed? Are there any subtleties/complications I should be aware of?

If you look at the application, it doesn't ask you about working, just residency.
