Hi,
I have 11 monts payslip with me.
Do I need to submit all 11 payslips for tier-1 in-country application?
I am eligible for the required points based on my last 11 months earnings. So can I claim for tier-1 visa on the basis of last 11 months salary or do I need to include remaining one month as well ?

yes, you can apply with 11 payslips (continuous) provided you have full points to qualify. But on the safe side, better to have 12 months payslips.

Guidance notes clearly says 12 months is not mandatory .

So i feel 11 months is more than enough as long as it gets u ur points .

My colleague just showed 7 months as he made 46 k in 7 months and he had no issues and his tier1 got extended in jan
