Organisation Chart on Company Letter Head-HSMP

Hi Experts
One of my friend said that in order to score for senior level points, one has to submit referal letters as well as Organisation chart on company letter head.

Is this a requirement? CAn you help me as I find this is best source for all of us to discuss and get advise from our seniors

For senior level points, this would be needed - for specialist points it is not. I claimed 50 points based on specialist experience and did not include an org chart.
