India Earnings - Upliftment Ratio... Urgent Please

Thanks for all the help offered so far. This forum has been very useful and helpful!

I do have one more query.

1. Iam on deputation to UK for the last 19+ months. To claim points for my earnings for 12 months, Iam using my UK earnings and also my India Salary after applying the upliftment ratio to my salary in INR.

My question is
Is my case eligble to apply the upliftment ratio to the Indian Salary ? I read somewhere in this forum that in some cases we should not upliftment ratio. So could someone please clarify this for me ?

Hi,

The last 15 months you have worked in the UK, so I don't think you are eligible to use upliftment ratio for your Indian salary.

Please see one of the immigration consultant site explains how to calculate your earnings if you are on allowance.
