Hey ,

From what you say . Your applied for HSMP appeal AFTER REJECTION on oct 15th and nobody responded for 6 months ?

Sorry not clear and confused now .
HSMP was abolished in July 2008 and how did you apply in OCT . Are you saying TIER1 ?

Sorry i am not clear .

Salman

I guess I understand it better with your last message, correct me if i am wrong

You pplied for HSMP and it was refused
You appealed against the decision and was successful?

If so -

You will need to get on with your high commission. If they are not willing to respond, find out legal complience number/email and get in touch with them. Saying that, UKBA clearly suggests that - Time lines published are only for the guideline and should not be considered in any other meaning.

Are you cirrently in UK or Islamabad? If you are in uk, goto UKBa website. And search for Compliance email. There are 4 regional ones, choose the one that applies to you. If you are in Islamabad, search for the one on your local High COmmission website

Good luck
