Urgent Treatment

Post by ejobs_01 » Wed Mar 25, 2009 10:40 am

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has submitted an Urgent Treatment form on the basis of joining a new company (with valid company documents to prove) successfully/unsuccessfully.

Please do share your views and experiences.

I have seen in the past that people with the similar reason got their application processed successfully without any delays..

Just post in your request letter (explaining your situation) along with the offer letter with date of joining to UKBA.

To what i have seen UKBA is not accepting UT requests now.. (over alow of applications).. but you can try your luck..

Their fax number is 01142075862. but best is to post (recorded) on the Sheffield address.

They have set up a service for employers to check people's right to work when they have an outstanding application:

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/emplo ... upport/ecs

I doubt it, but I could be wrong. Your prospective employer should use the above link and follow the instructions.
