Tier-1 Dependant - Appeal - pls suggest

Hi Guys,

i am going to appeal for my wife's tier-1 dependant refusal. while filling the AIT2 form i have some doubts:

1. There is a place in which it asks whether its Non-Settlement Visa or Settlement Visa. Is tier-1 a settlement visa?

2. Do we need to submit the documents submitted along with Initial application once again along with AIT-2 form?

3. In the refusal letter it was mentioned as "Your right to appeal under 82(1). So can i use the grounds of appeal as "The decision made by the Entry clearance officer is not in accordance with the Immigration Rules".

pls answer these questions if anyone has previously appealed against refusal?
