Will HO contact the employer of every applicant?

Will HO contact the employer of every applicant?

Hi,

I am wondering if HO will contact the employer of every applicant.

I submitted 12 months pay slip and 12 months bank statement. I think everything is nice and clear.

My HR contact is on holiday these weeks.... HO will not be able to reach him.

Yes, but if your HR contact is on leave then somebody else will be able to answer to HO questions, if all is genioun!

No - they do not appear to contact employers for each and every application. However, if your HR person is away, surely they'll be somebody else that can answer their questions?

Only in case of doubt, they will try to contact your employer.
Not in every case i beleive...
