TIER-1 dependent query

Post by freak3out » Tue Mar 31, 2009 12:46 pm

Hi All,

I am currently in UK and was working on Contract job from last Oct-08, and currently staying in a house from past 6 months, but as my lease agreement is ending this month and next month i have to apply for my wife's VISA (as my 3 months period is ending next month).....so i cannot extend the lease agreement at current place because i have to find a new job and i dont where i can get that.
Can any one please suggest as how to get out of this situation?

Thanks

I did not get what you want to know? I believe you are worried about residence proof. The same is not required to be submitted while filing a visa application. It is not a mandatory document.

Hi

Thanks for the reply.
I m currently in UK and dont have a rental agreement after 30th April but i want to apply for dependent VISA in MAY.
So if you dont show accommodation i think there can be chances of rejection.
I have all funds in my account and rest everything............is there with me.

Thanks

No. You dont need to show proof for accomodation. Only at the time of entry, can the Immigration officer might ask about arrangements made for stay. Ppl have got Tier-1 without showing any proof of residence and some with proof of temporary residence i.e. hotel etc.
