emergency need advice

Hello everyone

I need adivice for my friend he submmited for Transational arragements(IGS)extenstion for second year on 30 of march by post.The rule change on 31 march stating that whoever applies after 31march will qualify for the new rules.My FRind qulifies under old rule or new rule.?plese some one advise me.

Is the answer to your question not obvious? You said yourself that the rules stated that whoever applies after the 31st of March qualifies under the new rules. Your friend applied on the 30th, so I don't see what's so unclear there

the date documents have been posted according to post office is date considered to be the date of an application ...so if ur documents were posted on 30th den dat means ur application will be considered from 30th !

LOL guess wttttttttt its transitional app. he is enquiring abt.

There are no changes in transitional system. So it does not matter whether you sent before or after 30th.
well for dumb ppl yeah if u post app. on 30th.then it means ur application will be dealt under old rules.
