one question

Post by gotoengland » Mon Apr 18, 2005 6:12 pm

hi there,
i've got a question, pls help.
are there any restrictions on working fields under the hsmp? after getting the approval letter, one must choose the area in which he claims the qualification in application? or he can do any types of business as long as he is active economically?

thanks

The natural expectency is that you will stick to the proffesion that has helped you qualify as a highly skilled immigrant. However I dont see any hard and fast rule that you need to stick with it.
