ERROR in Dependant's form ?

Post by lionfly » Wed Apr 01, 2009 2:20 pm

The Dependant's form page 28, H4: "Has the main applicant applied ... paragraphs 39-42 of the HSMP forum ... Judicial review...".

What does this mean?

Should all Tier 1 initial (switch) applicant tick "Yes", or "No"?

If tick "No", the following H5 "Initial (switching)" go to J2, which is "Dependants of Tier 2 and Tier 5".

Error in the form?

But if tick "No", the following H5 "Initial (switching)" points to J2, which is "Dependants of Tier 2 and Tier 5".

Actually what I need to fill is J1: "Dependants of Tier 1".

an ERROR?
