H1B Visa--Information Required

Hello,

Need some quick information on the eligibility criteria for applying for H1B visa. Can someone on HSMP/Work permit working for UK is applicable for applying H1B Visa for US?

If you have the equivalent of a bachelors degree and have a bonafide sponsor, then you can become eligible for an H-1B visa. For more details about the H-1B visa, you can visit website http://www.immigrationquestion.com.
